HBCU Gameday

Tolly Carr, the main on camera talent and director of HBCU Gameday, entrusted me with the task of rebranding his live broadcast presentation and popular Youtube channel as well as creating a brand new opening sequence. I redesigned his logo, lower thirds and opening title movie for his network. I also served as a live tech for the yearly HBCU Classic! This historic basketball game is broadcast and edited live! I created the UI for the game and also the matchup screens and player profiles. This was a challenging project that required me to secure an Unreal 3D artist named Wiz Udo and under my direction we produced high quality assets that completely upgraded the look and feel of his program. This was a challenging and enriching experience. Below are samples of media I provided.

Art Direction / Ui Design / Graphic Design

Programs Utilized:

Logo redesign. Multiple iterations and the final result chosen by client.
3D Animated Network Identification. All assets are original meshes created by GDM Worldwide.
Broadcast matchup graphics. This template was provided to the staff to update with new teams as needed.
In-game stat graphic for Malik Tidwell. Displayed during live broadcast of HBCU Gameday Classic
